Yes! All active US military will receive 10% off their jewelry order if shipped to a military installation. If it is a gift please message me and special arrangements can be made. Enter the promotion code ACTIVEMILITARY2010 at checkout.

Each order will arrive in a 100% recycled black cardboard jewelry box. Gift wrapping is available for an additional $2 at checkout. If you have a special request, please contact me and I will do my best to make it happen.
If the item is in stock, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. If it is a custom order or out of stock your order should be ready to ship within a week. If you need your jewelry ASAP please contact me first to arrange and confirm. I am happy to try my best to accommodate you!
The standard shipping method within the United States is USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, $8. Please allow up 7 days after shipment to receive your order.
Orders shipping outside the United States will be shipped USPS Priority International Mail, $13.
If your order is over $200, it will be shipped insured.
Please include an email address during checkout for shipping confirmation.
Hopefully you love your jewelry, but if you are not satisfied please notify me within 7 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange for another item (minus the cost of shipping.) Gift recipients will receive a merchandise certificate valid for one year. Returns are currently only offered on a case by case basis.
Items must be shipped back within 14 days of original delivery with insurance and tracking information in the original packaging.
Please note that there are no exchanges or returns on sale items or custom pieces.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
Jewelry from this store is sterling silver or gold and may be polished with a polishing cloth. Because many of the pieces have stones, ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended. With entirely metal pieces Tarnex works very well.
Yes! I love working with clients to create pieces just how they imagined! Many of my designs can be modified by using a different metal, different chain, type of stone, etc. If there is something you would like that I don’t make, send me a message to see if I can!
Repairs and resizing is available and is priced on a case by case basis.
Yes, please choose the length and style of chain you would prefer if it is an option with the piece of jewelry, or message me with a special request!

If you are unsure of your ring size, print out the sizer shown below and cut it out. Wrap it around the desired finger - the point will indicate the ring size
All my items are handmade, and may vary slightly from the photograph, however I try my best to make the pieces as accurate to the image as possible.
